In these pictures, you can see my father, brother, and uncle working with the fiberglass. We created a cardboard model and applied the fiberglass over it. Although our resources were limited for a more refined job, doing everything manually was incredibly rewarding.
(There was no use of 3D printing whatsoever.)
First time going out to test 
In the pictures, you'll notice that I used a specific bit to drill the holes in the wing support. It took some time because the first bit broke, and then I had to purchase a new one to continue with the second attempt.

During my time at Miami Dade College, I had the chance to design a new steering wheel. I utilized Fusion 360's CAM/CAD features to plan and execute the creation of the steering wheel.

Here are three models each iteration from good to better. 

Used Solidworks simulation to validate my final design of the air intake. Used fusion 360 to design the model.
